Great policy, Sarah. You laid your policy out really well and it was easy to follow.
I don’t think you necessarily need this in the policy, but you could have a section of your policy for staff training. Stating the staff should be trained in digital preservation best practices. You could mention how often they should renew their training; whether it be yearly, every 5 years, etc.
