Nice work! It’s great to hear that the archive already has fixity checking practices in place. Often I find that smaller organizations are doing nothing in this area so it’s really great that they are already on top of that. It seems like you’ve identified some rather straightforward information security points that would be quite useful for the org. I like your suggestion for staying up to date on issues facing any of the file formats that they have. Given the one’s you’ve listed, I think it’s likely that there isn’t that much to worry about in this regard as these are all rather common and standard formats.
